Membership Policy

Membership Cancellation

Della HomeCare memberships may be canceled at any time. Members may submit a cancellation request through their Della HomeCare account or by contacting Della HomeCare directly.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the member’s current paid billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.

Service Hours

Eligible Della HomeCare plans include a designated number of handyman/service hours as outlined in the member’s specific plan.

Members may bank unused handyman service hours for future use while their membership remains active. Banked hours may be subject to the terms, limitations, and expiration provisions of the member’s specific plan.

No Proration

Della HomeCare does not provide prorated refunds or credits when a member cancels their membership, regardless of the amount of time remaining in the current billing period or the number of unused service hours.

Unused service hours have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for, refunded as, or credited toward membership fees.

Cancellation and Banked Hours

If a member cancels their membership, any unused or banked service hours will remain available through the end of the member’s current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in the member’s plan. Once the membership terminates, all unused service hours and accumulated banked hours expire and are no longer available for use.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits, service hours, dispatch fees, priority scheduling, and other included services vary by membership plan. Della HomeCare reserves the right to modify plan benefits, service limitations, pricing, and membership terms with appropriate notice to members.

Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in Della HomeCare, the member acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the membership terms, including the cancellation, service-hour banking, and no-proration policies outlined above.
